Zune Marketplace
I’m a big fan of subscription based music and started out originally using Rhapsody mainly because it supported my mp3 player (Creative Zen Vision:M) and was recommended to me. However, their lack of support for x64 operating systems led me to look for another subscription based plan.
So basically my main wants were:
- Subscription based
- Support for Creative Zen Vision:M
- x64 OS support
After trying out other subscription based services via free trials (Yahoo Unlimited!, Napster, etc.), I stumbled upon a post on engadget about syncing your Zune Pass music with Creative Zen Vision:M. I hadn’t looked at the Zune Marketplace because I thought it was only for Zune players, however it turns out it that Zune Marketplace tracks can play on PlayForSure devices, but the Zune itself cannot play other PlayForSure store tracks. They just recently updated their software and I liked the style of it, so after using the trial I decided to sign up for a Zune Pass and am happy to say I am very happy with my decision so far.
